Anxiety

Anxiety is your body's natural response to stress.  It can be a mild nervous feeling or fear to excessive worrying and an uneasiness of what the future holds.  Each of us experiences varying types of anxiety throughout our life but if it leaves you feeling that you are not able to move, please talk to a health expert.
